A nice way to know Florence starting from its heart and to stay together after the first congress day, just a few minutes walking from the Baglioni Grand Hotel. Join us for a welcome aperitif at a modern café lounge offering a fantastic close-up view of the Duomo and the Cupola of Brunelleschi. You will taste together important Tuscan wines and typical local appetizers in a velvety and informal atmosphere that is perfect to mix and mingle with colleagues.


Walking Guided Tour of Florence

Don't miss this opportunity for an unforgettable walking tour of the historic centre of Florence with an exclusive guide. You'll learn about Medieval towers and Renaissance palaces through the life of the people who lived in those times. Starting from the conference venue we will arrive to Piazza Duomo with the Cathedral, the Campanile di Giotto, and the Baptistery; then we will reach the heart of Florence, Piazza Signoria, where you can find Palazzo Vecchio, the town hall of Florence. We will end the tour with a view of the Arno river from one of the most famous bridges in the world: Ponte Vecchio, a secular realm of jewellers of great tradition.

In a noble palace offering an outstanding example of Florentine architecture of the Renaissance, an elegant gala evening featuring superb Italian food and wine! Palazzo Budini Gattai is located in the city center, overlooking the amazing Piazza SS. Annunziata. It was built in 1500 and designed by Bartolomeo Ammannati, with contributions from several notable artists including Giambologna. The interior is richly decorated and furnished with antique furniture and opens onto a large Italian garden. A place of great charm, inhabited by the owners, that offers the opportunity to feel at home in a palace in Florence.
